Agility supports Education for Employment (EFE) to help them enable more young people to obtain employment or start businesses across the Middle East. In this partnership Agility has provided resources for EFE to develop curriculum and training materials for young people to learn how to use AI to obtain and retain employment, as well as other training materials for digital and financial literacy, as well as technology skills for women. The Agility-EFE partnership will enable EFE to reach tens of thousands of young people with training that will help improve their skills, as well as to obtain and retain employment or start businesses.

Agility partners with Injaz in Saudi Arabia, to provide young people access to employment and entrepreneurial skills development. The collaboration focused on the “It’s My Business” and “The Company” programs. In these programs, students learn how to collaborate and develop ideas for new products and services, then simulate turning their ideas into viable businesses. They also learn about different business requirements and functions, such as capital management, finance, product development, communications, and marketing and sales.
