1. The financial results for the third quarter of 2025, reporting USD 1.3 billion in revenues and Net profit for equity holders of USD 52 million.
2. The distribution of AED 0.023 per share (for a total of AED 239.6 million, equivalent to approximately USD 65 million) as interim cash dividends.
3. Other items related to the business.
