Please be informed that Agility Global PLC’s board has met on Monday November 11^th, 2024, at 04.00 pm (UAE Time) with an 80% quorum and approved the below points:

1. The financial results for the third quarter of 2024, reporting a USD 1.2 billion in revenues and Net profit for equity holders of USD 37.1 million.
2. The distribution of AED 0.023 per share (for a total of AED 239.6 million, equivalent to approximately USD 65 million) as interim cash dividends.
3. Other items related to the business.
