Agility Global PLC announces that Menzies Aviation (United Kingdom), the world’s largest aviation services provider by countries of operation and airports, has been notified by the DGCA that it no longer intends to pursue the award of the competitively bid international ground handling concession at Kuwait International Airport.
The company had previously been notified by the DGCA that it had submitted the winning technical and financial bids, with government royalties and rent potentially reaching KD 200 million over 10 years. The company had also committed to capital investment of KD 20 million for new equipment. In total, foreign direct investment (FDI) would have been up to KD 220 million.
As a result, Menzies Aviation and NAS, will conclude operations at Kuwait International Airport on 31 January 2026, when its existing contract expires.

Financial Impact:
The estimated Revenues from this contract represents around 3.6% of the estimated revenues of Menzies in 2025, and 2.1% of the estimated revenues of Agility Global in 2025.
